// who we translate for

Spanish ↔ English, done right.

Spanish is the highest-volume corridor we serve. Families from across Latin America need certified English translations of birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees, and police records for green cards, citizenship, and court filings every day. We translate the full document, attach the translator's certification of accuracy, and prepare it exactly as USCIS and the courts expect. We also translate U.S. documents into Spanish for use at consulates and abroad.

// the USCIS niche

Filing with USCIS? Usually no apostille needed.

USCIS requires a complete English translation of every Spanish-language document plus the translator's certification — not an apostille. A certified Spanish-to-English translation is frequently the only thing you need for an immigration filing. If a U.S. document needs to be apostilled for use in a Spanish-speaking country, that's a separate step we'll route you to.

// how it works

Three steps, fully remote.

01

Send the document

Email or upload a clear scan of the full document — every page, including stamps and seals — and tell us what it's for (USCIS, a court, a school, a consulate).

02

Native speaker translates & certifies

We translate the document in full, then attach the translator's signed certificate of accuracy — the format USCIS and U.S. institutions require. Never machine translation.

03

Ready to file — apostille separate

You get the certified translation, ready to submit. If the original also needs an apostille for use abroad, that's a separate step we coordinate through the apostille service.

// honest pricing

Spanish certified translation: $10 per page.

Most vital records are one page. Diplomas, transcripts, and court documents run longer and are priced per page — send a scan for an exact count first.

// spanish translation questions

Spanish translation FAQ.

Does my Spanish birth certificate need an apostille for USCIS?

Usually not. USCIS wants a full, certified English translation of the certificate — not an apostille. The apostille is for when a foreign government needs your U.S. document; it's a different process for a different audience. For your USCIS filing, the certified translation is the piece we provide.

Is a 'sworn' or 'ATA-certified' translator required?

No. The United States has no sworn-translator register, and USCIS does not require ATA membership. What's required is a competent translator who certifies in writing that the translation is complete and accurate. We provide that signed certification with every job.

How are multi-page documents priced?

$10 per page. A one-page birth or marriage certificate is a single page; divorce decrees, transcripts, and court records run longer and are quoted by page. Send a scan and we'll give you an exact count and price first.
