Apostille Translate provides certified document translation — EN ↔ Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish (more on request) — for USCIS, consulates, courts, and universities. We capture the translation; for the apostille step itself, we coordinate with our apostille service so your package is complete.
So much of immigration, school, and legal life runs on documents that have to be translated correctly — a birth certificate for a green card, a diploma for a U.S. university, a divorce decree for a name change, a police record for a visa. Too often that means a machine translation that gets rejected, or a $90 “certified” page from a faceless service that never reads your file.
We do it differently: a native speaker translates your document in full, certifies it the way U.S. agencies expect, and tells you honestly whether you also need an apostille — and in which order. Fully remote: send a scan, get a certified translation back.

The right certification
Every translation comes with a signed certificate of accuracy in the exact format USCIS, courts, consulates, and universities expect. No ATA membership or 'sworn translator' is required in the US — what's required is a competent translator who certifies the work.

We know the order rule cold: inbound to USCIS, you usually just need the certified translation; outbound abroad, apostille first then translate. We map your steps so nothing gets done out of order.
