Certified translation of your school transcript
University admissions and licensing boards routinely require a certified translation of your full academic transcript. We translate transcripts to or from Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Turkish — every course, grade, and stamp — with a signed certificate of accuracy. Priced per page.
// do you need a certified translation?
Does your school transcript need a certified translation?
Yes — if it's not already in the language the receiving party requires.
USCIS, courts, universities, and consulates require a complete, certified translation of any document not in their working language — every word, stamp, and seal — accompanied by the translator's signed certificate of accuracy. We translate your school transcript to or from Russian · Ukrainian · Spanish · Portuguese · Turkish.
// translate before or after the apostille?
We translate your school transcript — certified, accurate, and ready to file.
The order matters — and it depends which way the document is going.
For a foreign transcript used in U.S. admissions: the certified English translation is what's required, often alongside a credential evaluation. For a U.S. transcript used abroad: the registrar-certified transcript is apostilled first, then we translate the transcript and the apostille into the destination language.

A certified translation in three steps.
Send us a scan
Email or upload a clear photo or scan of the full document — every page, including stamps and seals. Tell us the language and what it's for (USCIS, a court, a school, a consulate).
We translate & certify
A native speaker translates the document in full, then signs a certificate of accuracy stating the translation is complete and correct — the format USCIS and U.S. institutions require.
Ready to file
You receive the certified translation, ready to submit. Need the original apostilled for use abroad too? We coordinate that as a separate step through the apostille service.

School Transcript translation FAQ.
Transcripts are long — how do you price them?
$10 per page. A multi-page transcript is quoted by its actual page count; send us the complete document (all pages) and we'll confirm the total before starting.
My transcript was issued in a sealed envelope — should I open it?
If the school asked you not to open it, don't. Send us a copy for the translation and tell us how it was issued; we'll preserve the certification chain and explain how the sealed original is handled.
