Certified translation of your bank statement
Proving funds for a visa, mortgage, or school abroad can require a certified translation of your bank statement. We translate statements to or from Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Turkish with a signed certificate of accuracy. Statements run several pages, so price is per page.
// do you need a certified translation?
Does your bank statement need a certified translation?
Yes — if it's not already in the language the receiving party requires.
USCIS, courts, universities, and consulates require a complete, certified translation of any document not in their working language — every word, stamp, and seal — accompanied by the translator's signed certificate of accuracy. We translate your bank statement to or from Russian · Ukrainian · Spanish · Portuguese · Turkish.
// translate before or after the apostille?
We translate your bank statement — certified, accurate, and ready to file.
The order matters — and it depends which way the document is going.
A bank statement is a private financial document, not a public record that gets apostilled. What's required is a certified translation. If a foreign authority wants the translation notarized, we can pair it with a notarized translator's statement; the statement itself isn't apostilled.

// how it works
A certified translation in three steps.
Send us a scan
Email or upload a clear photo or scan of the full document — every page, including stamps and seals. Tell us the language and what it's for (USCIS, a court, a school, a consulate).
We translate & certify
A native speaker translates the document in full, then signs a certificate of accuracy stating the translation is complete and correct — the format USCIS and U.S. institutions require.
Ready to file
You receive the certified translation, ready to submit. Need the original apostilled for use abroad too? We coordinate that as a separate step through the apostille service.
// honest pricing
What a bank statement translation costs.
$10 per page certified translation — most vital records are one page

Bank Statement translation FAQ.
Statements are several pages — how is that priced?
$10 per page. Send the full statement and we'll confirm the page count and total first. If only certain months are required, we translate just those pages.
Can you certify the figures are correct?
We certify that the translation accurately and completely renders your original statement — we don't verify the figures with the bank. Our certification is about translation accuracy, which is what consulates and schools ask for.
